"A very comfortable retreat with great cooking facilities and a wonderful welcome pack and friendly hosts. A really great location for visiting sites around Northumbria and we were especially lucky in having dry warm weather."

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."
