The space
This isn't a typical Vrbo—it's the home I lovingly restored and handcrafted over many years. Much of the woodwork, including the breakfast bar, fireplace surround, beams and garden features, was designed and built by me. Every space has been created to be warm, practical and full of character, and I'm delighted to now share it with guests.

Other things to note
A woodland retreat comes with woodland neighbours! You'll hear birds, see squirrels and occasionally encounter insects, falling leaves or the odd cobweb outdoors. We thoroughly clean before every stay, but nature has a habit of returning quickly!

You may occasionally see spiders or insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open.

The fish have a personal catering service! Our friendly neighbours pop by to feed them, and judging by their waistlines, they're doing an excellent job. Please don't feed them any extra—they're already living their best lives!
