"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. "This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. "Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "
