Inexpensive but in need of a makeover.

The room was very clean , comfortable bed and crisp white linen and towels. Lots of hot water for a nice hot bath . The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late in the evening so didn't drink in the bar. The breakfast was brilliant, good quality produce and good coffee. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay again when travelling south . Although rooms a little dated, they were very spacious , clean and neutrally decorated, nothing offensive. On the whole we found the hotel great value .

Very clean and new , good location,self check-in was easy,luckily , as we couldn’t contact management by phone ! Overall very good all round

The property was ideally situated in the Cotswolds countryside. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast which was included, was wonderful plenty of fresh fruit yogurts etc as well as a several cooked breakfast options. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend Hyll, it is a stunning property.

Parking good and efficient. Breakfast adequate. View non existent. Very reasonable price Bed very comfortable. Minimum frills. What I expected for such a low price Very convenient location for centre Staff excellent.
