What a quaint boutique hotel in a very convenient location, about a seven minute walk from Victoria station. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see in London. My husband and I stayed in a triple room with our adult daughter. The room was small, but clean and they provided maid service daily. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower and they provided shampoo, body wash and soap. They also provided flat and sparkling water and snacks in the room at no additional charge. The breakfast offered a good variety, including breads, bagels, croissants, meats, and cheeses, yogurt, muffins, and cereal and also had a very nice cappuccino/mocha machine, as well as apple juice and orange juice. We were in London during a heat wave and our room had good AC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They held our luggage the day we got there until we were able to check in and held it again on our last day after checkout, until we needed to leave for our train. Just be aware there are no elevators and our room was on the third floor. One of the employees helped bring our luggage up to our room. Overall, we had a very nice stay, I thought the hotel was a good value for the price and would highly recommend this if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the place is very well located.

This is a great Boutique hotel near London's Victoria Station. Our room was perfect for 2 people. There was a small kitchenette, and the bathroom was clean and up to date. Decorations were adorable. The Restaurant had a delicious breakfast but was a little overpriced. As usual for hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great for a couple visiting London site seeing or for business. I would feel comfortable staying here as a single women traveling by myself.

We had a lovely overnighter, just wished we could have stayed longer. It felt spacious and luxurious and breakfast was very good.

I liked the reception staff Kevin (front desk) that helped me with the hotel stay receipt issuance specific to my request ! Great place to stay and great staff ! Highly recommend !
