"The whole hotel experience was excellent fron start to finish,all staff were brilliant and helpful and i felt well looked after. The room was spacious and had a view. The buffet breakfasts were good and you had the option of eating inside or outside. The surroundings were restful."

"The hotel has a good classic taste, and the room was clean and quiet. The building looks classic in style, but amenities are modern. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Mica assisted us for bookings, and Ruby looked after us well while we stayed. It was very good to have a good restaurant and spa at the hotel as well. The hotel is close to the old town. We extended our stay because it was so comfortable, and we would love to come back sooner."

"From check-in to check-out every single staff member name us feel at home and even the smallest request was carried out diligently and with kindness. All the amenities were great including the spa and pool and the room was spacious and wonderfully appointed. The property was also a short walk away from Hoi An's old town. Highly recommended for families! "

"Excellent hotel with lovely design. Excellent staff and service. Only down side we found was mosquitos were around the building and one or two got into our room and had a feast at our expenses. Keep the windows closed / don’t go onto the balcony and the problem is solved."
