"I loved this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. While all the staff was amazing, a shout out to Julie and Queenie for their care in arranging outings. The hotel has a wonderful authentic feel to it. The rooms felt spacious with a balcony overlooking the river. The Hotel is located right on the riverwalk, so you could walk into the old town in a matter of 5 or 10 minutes along the river to enjoy the view and all the beautiful lantern boats and the market and restaurants."

"This is my second stay at the Hoi An Central Hotel in the past four years, and it has once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel and its staff are true gems in this beautiful city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. During this visit, the staff did something very thoughtful and personal for my wife that made her stay truly unforgettable. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hoi An Central Hotel. It easily earns my highest recommendation, and when I return to Hoi An, this will once again be my hotel of choice. Kind regards, Charlie"
