"We had an amazing stay and were truly impressed by the level of service at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel each day, we were always greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The team paid attention to the little details, from taking care of our daily needs to beautifully decorating our bed. These thoughtful touches really made our stay feel special. We did have a slightly unpleasant experience with the service at the spa. However, what impressed me most was how the hotel took the initiative to provide service recovery without us even asking for it. I had actually told them that 95% of our experience had been wonderful and that one small incident would not change our overall impression. Yet, they still went out of their way to make things right. That really showed us how seriously they take their guests' experience and service standards. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel with genuinely attentive service, and definitely a place I would recommend staying at when visiting Hoi An."

They consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. During this visit, the staff did something very thoughtful and personal for my wife that made her stay truly unforgettable. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hoi An Central Hotel.
