The room was clean and quiet. The location is perfect. My grandson and I stayed there three days and walked to Central Park, times square, Grand Central station and took the Subway to the 911 memorial. Herald square is next to the hotel and has multiple subway stations.

If you want to be in Times Square this is the perfect location, has great restaurants and an amazing rooftop bar. As for the rooms, this hotel is not 5 * more like 4 at best. The rooms are not as shown on marketing materials but much smaller and barely a window. I felt very confined in the room and had to get a different room with more windows so I didn't feel trapped.

The location is perfect,the hotel is very old and needs renovation,but it was clean.The staff was very helpful and acommodating.The talkative guy with the glasses at the reception was the best.We will definitely come back.
