"Room was clean and in great condition. Came with all the standard amenities and some very swanky furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location and offers both in-room, on site, and nearby breakfast and dining options. I stayed here in January and, while I was highly pleased with how quiet it was, I cannot speak to whether the same would be true when the event calendar at Wrigley Stadium is active. Would stay here again."

"This was a great place for the location. The building is very old of course, so there were some things I needed to ask about, but it’s obviously well-loved. And the host Doug was very communicative and helpful. "

"Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! "

Soft, comfortable beds. Nice water pressure in the modern, clean bathrooms. Kitchen is new and all appliances are in good working order, complete wIth drip coffee machine and Keurig, coffee, cream and sugar included! VERY clean and well decorated. 10/10!! GREAT value for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO!!!!"

"Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean. Would really recommend staying here. "
