Property very well maintained with everything you need. Close to many cafes, restaurants. Step away from Acropolis, Plaka. Thanks to our host Zoe! She was so sweet, reliable and knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations for local spots!!!

The apartment is very conveniently located near Acropolis and Plaka - a great base for exploring historical sites. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. Check in was very quick and easy. The bonus was a wonderful view of the Acropolis from the wrap around balcony. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely property, has all you need. Very central and in walking distance to most monuments. Felt very safe walking around the area. Many restaurants close by, all reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

The property was nice and in a good location. Communication was a bit weird (I never met the man that was communicating with me- he sent someone else), and we had to wait outside the apartment building for over 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in. This was difficult with small children and luggage. More than that, they were adamant that we had to be out of the apartment promptly at noon. It seemed like a double standard, and was stressful. Overall, though, we enjoyed our trip and loved the location of this property.

Excellent property right next to tourist sites

We booked ABA Boutique Apartments for a 5 night trip to Athens and would definitely recommend. The property is lovely inside, with a proper kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large balcony (overlooking a busy main road and tram stop) and very spacious living and dining rooms. It's just over 5 minutes walk to the acropolis museum and not much further to the acropolis itself. Easily within walking distance of all the main tourist sites, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. The hosts were fast to respond to messages in advance of our visit and the check in was very easy on arrival, with someone meeting us at the apartment.

A nice property. About an 10minute walk to the Acropolis. Centrally located. Restaurants nearby. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Airconditioning in every room. Only down side the shower in both bathrooms are very small and the iron and ironing board were old and didn't work well. Otherwise a great property and I would stay there again.

Perfect location ! Close to all the best restaurants, Plaka, markets, and close walk to the Acropolis! Also close to all the rental car companies! Loved the space of the apartment, and all the amenities. Super convenient to have a washer and drying racks with 3 young kids! It’s really nice to have an AC in every single room to cool the space as Athens was very hot during our stay! extra, we had this amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony! What else can you ask for!?! Highly recommend ! Thanks for our lovely stay! Only great memories of our stay in Athens!

Great location. Just off the really touristy area, but easily walkable to everything. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Not far to subway for airport transfers. Area feels safe to walk around. Unit is clean and private. Comfy bed. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to heat the hot water for half an hour before showering and it doesn't last long. Might be an issue with a group. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Ok this property is a little strange. About 50% of the photos match the apartment, some are clearly of a different apartment. We stayed in B1 on the second floor. One off the reviews talks about views of the Acropolis from the wrap around balcony - definitely did not have that! . It’s like there are multiple apartments in the one listing ?? The address listed is not where you actually stay , it’s like 5 mins away. Good things It’s a very large apartment, lots of space It’s close to the Acropolis Good water pressure Good kitchen Very good washing machine Close to the tram Air con is good Not so good things It’s on a VERY busy 4 lane road including a tram There is a HUGE amount of road noise Communication is weird I was talking with with the owner/manager and out of the blue gets a WhatsApp from another “colleague”, although they are quick to respond, Checkin requires coordination with the colleague to get the keys Lighting in the kitchen at night is appalling While the apartment is very large the bathrooms are tiny There are stains all over the sofa Basically this property is value for money but I wouldn’t stay again

We enjoyed our stay at ABA Athens Grand Apartment. We contacted ABA prior to arrival by email and received a prompt response. On the day of arrival we were a little later than anticipated arriving, but we were still met and shown around the apartment by Klarissa. She was very helpful and when asked gave us restaurant recommendations. We were two friends sharing the space which could easily sleep six. We particularly liked having a bathroom each. We self catered for a couple of meals and found everything that we needed in the kitchen. The towels provided were generous in proportions and the shower was efficient as long as you remember to turn the hot water on. We walked from Acropolis metro in less than ten minutes with luggage. The road where the metro is also has a good range of cafés and restaurants or you can walk to Plaka very easily. We would be happy to stay there again.

I took a chance with an apartment instead of a hotel to save money and have more room for my family and I. This location was perfect. Apartment was clean and cleaning was done after a few days stay while we were out, providing fresh towels, toiletries, etc. The apartment manager stayed in touch with me a few days before arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. It can be nerve racking understanding Greek addresses and the local culture, but George was able to provide support each time we had questions about travel, taking a taxi, proximity to places, etc. Our location was in walking distance to the famous Acropolis area, Plaka, Acropolis Museum and restaurants. The Philopappos Hill was visible from our apartment. Having a working kitchen was a huge plus for the mornings, not having to worry about going out for breakfast. We went to the grocery store our first day and picked up enough food to make breakfast for the week. The supermarket prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend ABA Athens Boutique.

The apartment was clean and compact but still spacious enough. Best part is the location…easily walkable to almost all Athens key places. Monasteraki and shopping, Acropolis, etc. Also close walking access to metro.
