Fantastic Apartment Surrounded by Great Eats

We really enjoyed staying at Ancient Agora Apartments. It was a walk to Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Forum and Hadrian’s Library. The noise did bother us, with the bar directly across with a guitar and singer performing until at least midnight each night. Then on some mornings the flea market sellers setting up at 5.30am, which didn’t leave much time to sleep. Ear plugs would block out the noise. There was a coffee machine, microwave and sink area. We preferred to eat out - great area for restaurants, and we felt safe.

Recommended.

A nice, clean, newly renovated apartment with all facilities. Located with easy access to "everything" e.g. 20 m to the Hop on buss line. Really nice, always open, restaurant just opposite the entrance. A bit noisy location being near (but not on) a main street and the flea market on a Sunday morning but that's the obvious tradeoff from the great location. Helpful host waiting for us late at night to check us in.

This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens. It is very comfortable and well located. Bring your ear plugs however, the flea market vendors start setting up very early in the morning and it's loud. The area is loud in general around the clock, so if you're light sleeper look elsewhere. Otherwise this is a fantastic choice.

Great location

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, located in the midst of everything. The owner was so nice. Apartment was clean and well held. Prices are fair. The apartment is not suited for handicapped people- as there is a staircase with no lift. There is a local nightclub at the block, for some people it may be annoying.
