Staff were great. The quality of the apartment was excellent. We have been in the same apartment in 2023. We can say that the quality has been maintained during this period. Unfortunately, the quality of the mattress in the bedroom was questionable. It was abnormally soft. Even if it's good quality, it needs to be replaced. Overall everything was excellent.

Great hotel and location

Great location. Modern hotel with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop patio with a perfect view of the Acropolis. Located in the middle of Athens surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

Most of my questions for the staff were handled by email, and their responses were always prompt and polite. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no complaints at all. Despite being located in a busy downtown area, the hotel was quiet. Above all, the view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. I can honestly say that staying at this hotel contributed greatly to the success of my business trip.

Property was a 5 minute walk to main shopping area and restaurants. The view from the rooftop was amazing and an added bonus. Apartment was clean and had 2 toilets, which was an added convenience.

Very clean and updated property. Bed was very comfortable. The room was a little tight but was as described. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate via the app. I would definitely stay there again, it’s a great location between many tourist sites. Felt safe and secure. Great rooftop view.

I liked the fact that there were two toilets. What I didn't like at all was that the sofa bed was probably worse than sleeping on the floor. It was very uncomfortable and should be replaced if you are going to rent it for 3 or 4 people. The street below was also noisy, but the closed windows made it less so. The location of the hotel was ideal!

Beautiful space

The property was modern, clean, and in a great location close to Plaka. We had not confirmed our arrival time details 2 days before, so there was no one at the desk when we arrived around 4 p.m. However, we used WiFi from the cafe next door and within a few minutes had our code to access the space. The rooftop gives a splendid view, which we enjoyed with some wine. I believe we stayed in unit 102, which had a bedroom separate from the living area with its sofa=bed couch. Great stay!

Great apartment and great location!

We stayed at the Hestia on Romvis 9 during the "heat dome" at the end of July 2023. We were so thankful that the room's air conditioning worked well. We actually had one room for my wife and I and one room for our college age son and daughter. The apartment is very convenient for sight seeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to get to for our 3 days in Athens. We took a taxi from the airport here, but could have taken the metro. (Not sure if Metro had an elevator or just stairs for our bulky suitcases. Taxi was more convenient.) It's about a 10 minute walk from the Syntagma metro. There are a few Gregory's coffee shops nearby with yummy breakfast pastries - plus lots of small restaurants nearby. A stone's throw away is a vegan gelato place that has amazing "ice cream." And all of the main sites are within walking distance. Our luggage got lost for 2 days, and if it was to be delivered here, it would have been a challenge. If we weren't in, the delivery folks would have to call the reservation line who would call housekeeping to unlock the front door. We ended up going back to the Airport (via Metro) to get our luggage ourselves. I'd stay here again. The rooftop "terrace" has lovely views of Athens. Close to shopping, restaurants, and very walkable to the Acropolis, Plaka, etc.
