Stay was okay. What ruined it was housekeeping rang the doorbell and banged on the door right at 11am while I was just about to leave and finishing a work call. I understand checkout time is 11am, but it felt quite abrupt and disruptive at that moment. I was already in the process of leaving, so I would have appreciated a little patience and a less forceful approach, especially while I was still on a call. It made the end of the stay feel unnecessarily stressful, which was disappointing after an otherwise pleasant visit.
