We only stayed one night so there’s really not much to say. It was nice, staff was friendly. I couldn’t find anywhere that gave a kitchen closing time so I missed hot food by just a few minutes, but that’s likely me just not seeing it. Pretty decent stay overall.

After waiting it out about a hour and half, we called down to the front desk after midnight because other guests were extremely loud(party). Front desk said they couldn’t help because they couldn’t leave the desk and there was no security. Even after there are “quiet hours” posted. How are we supposed to be safe if there’s no security or at least one other staff that can assist? I had seen security the previous 2 nights, so not sure what happened that night, but I don’t think we’ll be choosing Hyatt again if they understaff like this.

Do not like the parking garage. They staff was not bad but I feel like they all could be more hospitable . The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable .

It seemed that the homeless were welcomed into the lobby. My family and I were harassed by another homeless man in the adjoining parking lot. A wet mess in the lobby bathroom was left messy with a caution sign on it.
