"Service was exceptional; housekeeping work in my room was a bit poor (clear stain on the toilet), room shower door and lighting needs attention as does the coffee machine in the lobby, breakfast was ok during my stay, didn't get to try the salt water pool, but it sounded exciting."

"Please keep the self parking area cleaner. The trash cans were overflowing every day with trash, food, and other debris. You can get rodents. Also, the elevator to parking was out of order for my stay. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely, very clean, courteous staff. Overall, a good stay. Thank you."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. I was convalescing, and the staff took extreme care with me. To say one thing negative, would be foolish. They have an old-school charm, like a Ritz Carlton. An incredibly well trained staff and kudos to April who made my stay just beyond incredible. The service was off the charts.! a little known fact that I found out, this is the hotel where celebrities stay. I think that says it all."

"I rented this room for my son to stay the week while he waited on his apartment to be ready to move in. He needed a place to stay, as his grad school had just started. The front desk woman was very kind and accommodating and allowed my son to use my credit card to pay his bill when he checked in. He enjoyed his stay and we will be back if we need another place to stay near Emory University."
