"I wish I had room service every day. I had to keep calling for fresh sheets and towels, and to have the trash emptied. But besides that 4/5"

"The hotel was not clean we arrived and the King room we booked was not avaliable. So we were given a double room which smelled like dog urine. I went to lift up the toilet seat and there was urine on it which means the room wasn't clean. I called the front desk and the switched my room to another room. The second room didnt smell good either the couch in the room was dirty. The next day we went back down stairs and asked about switching to a king room. They had a king room being cleaned and so they switched us to that room. That room was a bit better but still not up to Hyatt standards that I used to there was to big stains in the carpet and the shower wasn't very clean. I expect more when staying in a Hyatt hotel and especially it being in a nice area I was very disappointed with this hotel."

"The staff were very courteous. Exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean for the most part. I’m taking off one star because I felt like the shower could have been cleaned better. The walls in the room are also a bit thin. We heard the people next door scrolling through social media all night. Parking is also obscenely expensive. But this hotel is in a nice location. Walkable distance to the mall, restaurants and the metro. "
