"Reserved and paid for a room with a view of the pool. The only thing our room had a view of was the roof. Couldn't adjust the A/C ... had to call the front desk and they sent someone up who had to open up the ceiling to manually shift the A/C to blow colder air. Refrigerator was not setting level ..."
