This is an absolutely phenomenal area. The community is exceptional. There is a nice tennis court in the complex. You are minutes away from all the major highways. Emory is literally 10 minutes away from you. First floor is just the door and then you go upstairs to the living room and the kitchen and dining room. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

There’s a pond which can attracts birdlife although with changing times it’s regressing to more of a prairie with occasional water and increasing vegetation due to natural silt intrusion. What is delightful about the preserve is the fact that it’s a little off the beaten path and therefore is not overly crowded while existing undeveloped next to a small shopping mall, car dealership and regular suburban homes. And it continues to be looked after by enthusiastic community volunteers.
