Quick 2 day stay

Good stay. Guest parking is not on the property but street parking was available. It’s a great neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and convenience.

Great place to stay tbh would definitely stay here again when i come back for sure, but it was like 93 degrees when we walked in took a couple of hours to cool down but other then that AWESOME

Great place and not too far from anything

We had a great time and the property was really nice. It was relatively close to all the things we wanted to do while we were there. Would request again if ever in the Atlanta area again.

Great stay for Shaky Knees

Great location super close to Central Park. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has a fantastic view of the city. The weather was great so we enjoyed spending time on the patio and on the rooftop terrace. Had a small issue with check in where the key fab into the building was missing from the lock box. This caused us to miss one of the music acts we had hoped to see which was a bummer, but the owner resolved the issue fairly quickly. Street parking was also limited due to the festival & we were not aware of the rule that you cannot park within 20 feet of a crosswalk. So when my husband parked the car outside of the building for about 20 min so we could more easily load our luggage (since I had a wheelchair) we unfortunately ended up with a $75 ticket. Only recommendations for the owner would be to maybe have someone on site with a backup key (just in case), inform renters of the 20 foot crosswalk rule, and to stock the kitchen with more utensils and items. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Super cute rental but not well managed

I was EXTREMELY excited about renting this property for my 25th birthday, however that excitement quickly turned to frustration after getting to the location. The check in process should have been very simple, however I stood OUTSIDE in the middle of November in the cold for over an hour looking for a key fob to enter the building. When I called it, took the property management team quite a bit of time to get back to me. This would not have been an issue had there been some sort of parking available however the only place you can park is on the street. Not that big of a deal unless you have to carry loads of luggage and stand outside in a not so nice area waiting to get into a rental you’ve already paid for. All in all we got that handled relatively quickly, however once we actually accessed the building and were able to go up to our rental, we were IN SHOCK at the state of this place. I wish I could include pictures. This place was disgusting. And not because the place itself was gross but because the cleaners for this property never showed up to clean or inspect after the previous party left. Check out was at 10 and check in for us was at 4. That’s SIX HOURS to clean and inspect before the next group. There was hair on the floors and not just in the bathroom in the kitchen as well. It smelled like straight up rotten FISH inside and that’s not an exaggeration. I had to step outside in order to keep from vomiting. There was old food and dishes in the sink and on the counters. The dining area was gross with food stains and crumbs. The beds had not been made nor had the LINENS BEEN CHANGED. The bathrooms were the cleanest part of the apartment. We had to air out the room for about 2 hours and light candles to get the smell out. And when we requested another rental they hit us with the “we don’t have anymore units available”. We sat and waited for another hour thirty minutes for the cleaning crew to arrive who proceeded to RUSH CLEAN the entire unit while we were there. It took them TWO HOURS and subsequently my scheduled dinner did not start in time nor were my friends and I able to get settled. The cleaners were LOVELY people who tried their best to accommodate and make the situation better. When I requested reimbursement I only received the cleaning fee back and that was AFTER I had to raise hell about their original offer of half the cleaning fee. Not okay at all. All in all we made the best of it, but I’m very disappointed with this property.

Ideal location for Shaky Knees

Fabulous location for the Shaky Knees music festival at Central Park. Clean and Cute ~ Comfortable and Cozy. Easy check in and out.
