Parking: 2-3 Cars can park on the driveway to the Right of house or on the street going with the flow of traffic ( must be 10 inches or closer to curb if on street) (Do not park in new space in front of the house)

"ANYTHING" broken, stolen, or permanently damaged or permanently stained will be charged to REPLACE the item. No exceptions!
ALL Trash MUST be removed BEFORE leaving ($50 - $100 Fine). Trash can located out side door of house and to the left.
PET Fine $200 per pet SMOKING (of Any Kind) INSIDE the house or by an open door, $300 Fine Parties are grounds for eviction an a $400 plus any damage.
