"1. They don’t tell you the pools closed even after asking when does the pool open 2. There was chewed gum and a weird wet sticky spot on our floor. 3. The tv NEVER worked like you’re supposed to be an up to date establishment how is that possible 4. THE ROOM IS HOTTER THAN THE SUN and they won’t let you get cold air ! 5. The stupidity of charging more money for parking literally just the dumbest hotel ever "

"Nice breakfast but one elevator was broken and taking the stairs on the 5th floor was not great because of the smell of pot someone was smoking…… the place is nice but needs some attention on the building. The pool wasn’t open but on the website it said it was."

"The Peachtree Hotel Midtown had all the makings of a very nice hotel, but a few issues just kept it from reaching its potential. Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep. "
