The host is full of it
We checked in had hairs on the bed as if someone didn’t clean it. The bed was broken as we checked in, we sent pictures and she charged us for it. The checkout time isn’t bearable and the lady was a jerk and exaggerated with how she dealt with us. Honestly disappointed with my experience.

Family Vacation
Jesse was a big help and responded when we needed help. The apartment us just as pictured and it was clean and smelled so fresh. It was a very peaceful stay.. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to the square and stores, not to mention restaurants. I hope to stay there next time I am in Marietta.

Pictures don's tell the real condition of the unit.
Upon arrival we tried to do baseball laundry and the stacked washer/dryer was locked in a closet. The microwave is to small for larger heating of items. The towels appeared very old and warn. The location is in a very poor section of town. Overall I would rate this property well below any acceptable VRBO. If you want no frills and a sketchy area - welcome.

Good and bad
Communication with the owner was great. Quick, helpful and friendly responses. Nicely decorated and clean. Killed one spider and one roach during our stay but that can be anywhere. Only one fork in the kitchen which made things difficult because we brought food for our 3 night stay. The only real drawback is the condo is on the ground floor of an older building. On our second night, we had people check in upstairs and it sounded as though they were going to fall through the ceiling at any moment. We could even hear their conversations. It was very difficult to get any sleep at night and during the day, we could hardly even hear the tv when they were there. Our son’s baseball tournament ended and we left a day early to get away from the noise and get some sleep.

I want some money back
They canceled our stay after the first night because they kept accusing us of smoking in the apartment when we never did. We didn’t have a party I only had my sisters staying with me because we had no where to go and I told them this and they still kicked us out when we never violated the property.
