Getting Around:

It’s very easy to get around at this location - located very convenient to downtown and all Roswell and surrounding areas have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

• No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking allowed only; additional cleaning fee applies if violated).



• No parties or events. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with exterior surveillance cameras. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.



• Starter items (toilet paper, paper towels) provided; longer stays may need restocking.



• The pool is not heated, but Atlanta’s warm weather keeps it pleasant for swimming on hot days. The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday, though you may notice a few stains on the bottom and some leaves from the surrounding trees. A skimmer is provided for guests who wish to clear the surface between cleanings.



Because the home is in a beautiful wooded area, you may occasionally see Georgia water bugs outdoors or even a dead one inside. Monthly pest control is in place to keep everything well managed.
