You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay—this space is completely yours to enjoy, so please make yourself at home. Relax in the living area, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private bedroom.

The space
Set in Peachtree Towers, this two-bedroom condo accommodates up to six guests with a flexible and inviting layout suited for both work and relaxation. The living area adapts easily - whether you’re settling in for a productive afternoon at the dedicated workspace or unwinding in the evening with dimmable lighting and your favorite shows on the HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and standard cable. WiFi supports both focused work and streaming, while thoughtful touches like charging access by the bed make longer stays convenient.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for rest, complemented by three beds and a sofa bed for additional sleeping flexibility. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, making it easy for groups to get ready and settle in without hassle.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table that works equally well for shared dinners or catching up on emails in a different setting. Coffee is available to start your mornings before heading out into the city.

The building includes an elevator for easy access to the unit, along with paid parking on premises and off premises. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and housekeeping is available at extra cost if desired. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas such as entrances and elevators, with no cameras inside the condo.

Location & neighborhood
Located in Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re within walking distance of major destinations including the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola, and the Georgia Aquarium. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are close by, making it easy to stay nearby when you prefer a slower pace. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk, connecting you to the airport and the rest of the city.

Getting around couldn’t be easier. A surface parking lot is located directly next to the building, and a parking deck is just one block away. Limited street parking is also available, though it can be difficult to find during peak times. Please note: parking fees are not included with your stay and must be paid separately.

For those without a car, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are almost always available within 5 minutes and are very reasonably priced. Plus, with the Peachtree Center MARTA Station only a short walk away, you’ll have quick access to the airport and the entire Atlanta metro area.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
