House Rules

1,) No smoking/vaping. No illegal substances on the premises. A smoke remediation fee of $200-$500 will be charged for violations.
2.) No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All guests and/or visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation.
3.) No pets. If you have a service animal, please notify management in advance.
4.) Respect the neighborhood. This is a residential building—be mindful of noise at all hours. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and guests must adhere to local noise ordinances.

*We rarely approve local guests on short notice.

Guests with service animals are welcome; however, to ensure a smooth stay for all guests, service animals must adhere to the following guidelines:

Service animals must be under the guest’s control at all times.
Service animals may not:

Okay place to stay in a good location

This property is fine. It's in a really good location in a good neighborhood in Atlanta. Easy parking, aside from the limited spots (most are reserved for a dental office). We checked in over the holidays and the room had not been cleaned. The property manager was extremely responsive, and answered my phone call to address it. He was able to find us another room in the building, which upon getting access, had not been cleaned either. Third time's a charm, and he was able to locate a room that had been cleaned. Again, the property manager was very apologetic and kind. Unfortunately, the property is in need of some general upkeep and updates. Nearly all of the soft surfaces (couch, blankets, carpet, headboard) had stains on them, things in the bathroom were rusted, toiler paper holder broken. The property is reasonably priced and you get what you pay for.
