Discover Atlanta from our humble, cozy townhouse apartment that offers both comfort and value. You’ll be at the heart of the city with <10 min drive to major attractions like Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center & the Aquarium.

Spread out and relax across the full 1,000 sq ft apartment with two queen bedrooms. Our place, though budget-friendly, doesn't compromise on essential amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and our place has free off-street parking and laundry facilities (parking & laundry are shared with the other unit in the duplex home).

The living area is a spacious open floor plan with a skylight to highlight the foosball table and bring together friends and family of all ages in friendly competition. We provide starter toiletries (usually sufficient for the entire stay), towels, linens, and even share our personal local favorites for a unique Atlanta experience. We have an iron and ironing board, and the WiFi is very fast.

Nearby, venture into the vibrant Lee and White District, a hub of fine dining, a distillery, and craft breweries, just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby grocery stores, DollarTree and a CVS make daily needs easily accessible.

Transport is hassle-free with MARTA public transit train station just 4 blocks away, running to the airport, Mercedes Benz stadium, GWCC and downtown.

Our area is very urban, and it feels like it! It is safe and quiet, and there are both remodeled homes and ones in need of a little love nearby. We love the neighborhood and have lived here for the past 5 years. Typical to any urban area, we don’t recommend leaving valuables in your car, and maintaining general street smarts.

Atlanta trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean and the staff was very courteous and quite helpful. it was perfect location for us as we travel to Atlanta to see a show at the State farm arena. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Atlanta area

Quaint and cozy spot!

It was a very cozy spot. Very clean and quite neighborhood. Not hard to get to for out of towners. The address just needs to be more visible from the street.

Perfect Stay

I enjoyed my stay. The check in process was simple, parking was a breeze and we had everything we needed. The foosball table was an added touch as it created a challenge amongst my group, being that it was most our first time playing. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The location fit perfectly for everywhere we went. I would stay here again.

Great location close to college campus!

This is a great place to stay! I love the location it was perfect for me to get to and from Clark campus for parent weekend. Shannon was great with communication all my questions were answered before and during! Cute place to stay i love the yard and the shower the most! Can’t wait to come back this is definitely going to be my 1st pick . Oh and i love how the binder folder has everything you need locally. I had no problem with my stay

The property was just as advertised. It was in a good location. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. The only negative thing I would say, is that they could have chairs that were more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Nice apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. And had a parking area in the back. Easy access and quiet neighborhood. We had a shared laundry and a foosball game in the living area. Fast response to any questions we had. Clean house as well. I will be booking again

Tape on the Couch

The host, Shannon, was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the place could use some updating. The living room, in particular, needs a new couch since it's not ideal for it to have tape on it. Additionally, the appliances are outdated and could use modernizing. The front steps appear to be unstable and could pose a safety risk. Despite these issues, the check-in process was excellent, and the hosts were very accommodating.

Renter is kind but area is BAD

Looking at the pictures online the inside is nice and clean, the foosball table was the best part for the family. The bed in the first room though was terrible. It squeaked at every move and sunk in the middle. My back was hurting so bad after just attempting to sleep on it. I was up all night and got no more then 2 hours sleep. We ended up leaving early the next day because the area is so ROUGH, with 2 young kids we didn’t want to be there any longer then next. Every place but the one we stayed in had bars on the windows. The neighborhood should be described in the description. Had we not just drove 12 hours we wouldn’t have stops.

The place was very clean! Very easy to check in, convenient location. The only thing that might be fixed would be the big dip in the back of the driveway. It is somewhat difficult for parking if there are 2 cars, but this is a VERY minor item

Everything about property was just as pictures would stay there again , hopefully the Amazon packages aren’t all in the livingroom space linen could’ve been more clean smelling but they did have detergent on site and wash n dryer to reload and rewash everything before use
