With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths. Large private yard with lots of room to play and relax. We are only 10 min from Six Flags and 20 min from downtown Atlanta. This would be a great vacation home for your group. 6k square feet of living space. This house will sleep 20 in beds.

The bedrooms are huge in this house. The living room and kitchen are very big and spacious. There is also a futon in the living room, along with the couch, loveseat, and recliner. There is a bar that seats 8 that sits between the kitchen and pool. In the bar area, there is a ping pong table. There is an inground pool with brand new liner. There are plenty of chairs and 7 lounge chairs around the pool and the large covered deck. There is a big covered deck that steps down into the pool. There is a charcoal grill. The house has a fenced in backyard, and is very large to play. There is a basketball goal for your entertainment. Deerlick Park sits across the street, with a lake, volleyball court, picnic area, basketball gym, and playground. (You can walk to the park!) This house is only minutes away from Arbor Place Mall, and all the local eating places. There is a grocery store (Publix and Ingles) less than a mile away. Wal Mart and Sam's are 5 miles away. Six Flags is 15 min away, and downtown Atlanta is 20 minutes away. The house is equipped with WIFI, Rokus and YouTube TVs It is fully stocked with washer, dryer, ironing board, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This is a drug free home. Absolutely no marijuana, or drugs allowed on property.

We do have cameras on the entire property to see the number of cars, guests, smoking and noise rules are followed.

It was fine.

It was fine. Was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Sweetwater Creek State Park which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was a little odd with some many locked cabinets. No dishwasher detergent.

Outdated but roomy, didn’t like the kitchen needs renovations especially bathrooms and kitchen furniture is well worned and not comfortable did not feel comfortable in showers they were old and needed updating like the location liked the size just not my kind of place would ratheranmodernef clean state of the arts kind place.

This house was awesome! It was in a great area and not to far from stores, not to far from Atlanta. It was very spacious and fit our needs for our church annual men’s retreat. I recommend this to everyone needing a big house and space and price was great as well. Very nice and friendly owners, they made sure we will ok our whole stay!

This is a huge house, sleeps plenty of people. The owner was available anytime I had a question. The house is beautiful and it couldn’t be in a better location. There’s a park across the street which the children loved. There is plenty of privacy and the property is beautiful.

Great house with many amenities

We had a large scout group of 26 and Jamie was very helpful as in bring extra beds so no one had to sleep on the floor. They were always helpful and respond to my questions quickly.

Nothing like hospitality in Atlanta

My team really enjoyed their stay in Jamie and Daniel's house. Firstly, it is HUGE and has a nice country-feel. The surrounding area was very pleasant. We found Jamie and Daniel very attentive to anything we needed. At the end of our stay, we were in a bind and needed to stay an extra day and they went out of their way to assist us with this. I would definitely recommend staying there and look forward to having my group stay there again in the future.

the place is gorgeous, the pool was nice and the property manager/owner was wonderful, considerate of our needs and moved us to another property. Great stay -Plenty of space

Jamie was very accommodating and hospitable. The location was awesome and the size fit our group well. We all had our own space when needed. We love the layout of the place and the pool. Even though it was cold because of the time of year the kids still chose to swim. Jamie went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He has provided me with the best service so far from all of the rentals that we have booked in the past through different agencies in different owners.
