Arrived with no instructions on getting in the house, tried for an hour thru vrbo “contact host” finally got ahold of an actual person with vrbo who was able to reach the host, only to find out she already had ppl there. And we had no place to stay!! I then had to spend then 1.5 hours on the phone with Vrbo to get my back!! Total mess! Very frustrating I had an address and a confirmation number but was told she had no reservation for us.. 8 ppl, 3 nights over 1000 stay. Then had to figure out other sleeping arrangements
