Our place is awesome for big work groups and large families - we can host up to 12 people, and we've just finished a big refresh!



NEW: Outdoor living. Step out onto our huge new deck with comfy sectional seating under string lights, then sink into the 7-person hot tub. Out back, fire up the charcoal BBQ grill and gather around the fire pit, perfect for crisp fall evenings.



NEW: Refreshed interiors. The front living room has new furniture and fresh paint. The dining room has been completely redone with built-in shelving and striking wallpaper, new lighting and LED accents, decorative wall trim, and new furniture. In the kitchen, a new banquette set against bright wallpaper makes a cheerful spot for morning coffee or card games.



NEW: Game room. We've converted one of the bedrooms into a game room so the whole crew has a place to unwind and compete.



Attending a World Congress conference or selling at AmericasMart? Impress your colleagues with a quiet space to come home to after the hubbub. We're only 10 min drive from the conferencing center. Across the two floors, everyone can relax and interact at their own pace.



Family coming in town? Catch up by the cozy fireplace, soak in the hot tub under the string lights, or watch a favorite movie on the big TV. Head over to the aquarium, only 10 minutes drive.



On the first floor, there's 1 king bedroom/ 1 bath and on the second floor an additional 5 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths.

We are opening our home to you and in return ask that you care and respect our home, neighbors and community. As our place is already big, we don’t allow gatherings or any additional guests onsite.

If this is not respected, you’ll be asked to leave the property and will forfeit the security deposit.



We welcome guests that are:

- Aged 25 and over (primary booking guest only; kids & families are fine)

- Not local

- Rental agreement, ID and fully refundable security deposit ($500.00) required
