This recently renovated cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a historic community near downtown Atlanta just a few minutes from the heart of the city with easy access to hwy 75/85. It is a recently gentrified neighborhood and the area is on the uprise. About 8 minutes from downtown activities (Mercedes Benz Stadium, Tyler Perry Studios, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke and many more in-town attractions.

Remodel That could be great with a little more work

Property as described. It was clean with no bugs. Reface was subpar. You could see patchwork throughout the property. The back room is extremely cold. It clearly was an add on and not as well ventilated as the rest of the home. When we arrived, the house was freezing and took the remainder of the night to heat up. It has a smart thermostat though that could’ve easily been adjusted by the owner from a distance to make it comfortable for our arrival. That room stayed cooler than anywhere else in the home for the entire 4 days. The property is right smack in the middle of two abandoned properties which was kind of scary when arriving at night. Parking was HORRIBLE. The parks are up an extreme steep inclined lot at the back of the property. Everyone except the driver had to get out of the vehicle before going into the yard and leaving the yard or else the bottom of your car will scrub due to the incline and extra weight. This would’ve been nice to know as I was traveling with a uhaul trailer that I nearly flipped going up the incline. I considered going to park the trailer up the road but couldn’t find anywhere nearby that I felt comfortable. After an hour of strategizing, we were finally able to get up the steep incline and did not move the trailer again until departure. Luckily we had a car that we did multiple trips downtown to get everyone transported so not to move the truck. The property could be great with a bit more work. I’m doing this review mainly so that people can get a visual of the parking situation and the surrounding properties. I do stand behind the fact that the home was very clean inside though and there were no bugs!

Great Place and Location

Place is just as picture show and it’s a great house. The house in a great location within the vicinity of all malls, even the the Airport in Atlanta!!!!!

Fun and cute place

Owner was slow to get the access code to us upon arrival. And location is difficult to find. But after that the place was great/clean and the owner was quick to respond.

Place was nice

The area was miss leading. The house was nice but we were next to an condemn home and on top of a very step hill which was not in the description we had some issues with the car getting up the hill. And the ventilation could have been a little better constructed the bedrooms were cold while the front room area was warm. Again the home nice and very clean but I don't think I would stay there again.
