Cool East ATL-Huge Fenced Yd-Fire pit-King Bed

  • This hip mid-century modern home located in East Atlanta is great for familes, business travelers, couples, and groups. The home is located within a 10 minute walk (0.5 mile) from East Atlanta Village and various restaurants, bars and entertainment so no Uber is necessary.
    Enjoy the moody dining lounge & game room while being inspired by the artwork perfectly curated for the home. Smart HD TVs in every bedroom makes this house great for families

    *Please note the sleeping arrangements:
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2)
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
    2 Full Beds (sleeps 4)
    1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2)

    *Pet Fee: $75/dog per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per stay. Please notify host if there will be any pets at the house.

    This kitchen is stocked with various spices, utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans; everything one would need to fully utilize the kitchen and make a home cooked meal. Keurig coffee maker with K cups and tea is provided for all guests.

    Enjoy group and family dinners with seating for 8 in tasteful mid-century decor. Have a blast playing the arcade games: Pac-man and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
