Welcome to the Cottage on Maple! This stylish and updated mid-century cottage is a short walk from Historic Marietta Square, 5 minutes by car to Kennesaw Mountain, 15 to The Battery, and 25 to downtown Atlanta.

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the Cottage remains full of character and charm. Come celebrate with family under the string lights of the private back patio or enjoy some solitude on the screened porch with the morning sunrise & coffee as your companions.

Great Stay

My daughter and I traveled to the area for a sporting event. We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. We felt very safe. The place was super clean and Jake was an exceptional host. I would recommend the home to anyone traveling to the area.

Wonderful Marietta hideaway!

I loved staying in this very historic and quaint cottage. The history in that beautiful part of town!!! And you can’t beat the close location to the square. Not too close and not too far! Highly recommend!

family trip back to Atlanta area

visiting our home town from Nashville and this was a great location for a nearby family wedding. We also loved how quick it was to see a braves game and a quick 20 min drive to the Varsity and aquarium. adorable small home perfect for a visit.

Lovely Stay at the Cottage

Wonderful weekend stay at the cottage! We flew in the night hurricane helene hit; the hosts proactively communicated about hurricane prep and were very responsive to the questions I had before we arrived. We got to the cabin in the middle of the night because of flight delays, and the checkin process was super easy. Cabin was adorable, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very thoughtful with the information they provided about the house and the area and gave us a lovely welcome gift. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay at the cottage again if we are ever in the area.

Cute House - Great Location

We loved staying in the cottage. I selected the house due to its location close to Marietta Square in hopes that we would be able to walk to the square. It did not disappoint. We walked back and forth multiple times. Always felt safe even at night. Jake made us feel very welcome during our stay and was prompt and helpful answering any questions I had. The backyard is beautiful. Be sure to check out the Koi pond! Would definitely stay here again!
