Check in wasn’t until 4, I got there at 1pm with my kids and was able to check in. They have a few things to do inside the hotel kid friendly. The walk to the beach is literally 1 minute

The bell staff and front desk crews were fabulous. The housekeeping staff were unavailable for our whole trip. We had to beg for toilet paper, and no one even brought us a broom when we broke a dish. The spa and all amenities were closed. The view was amazing, and the tiny kitchen was surprisingly functional. We were able to cook most of our meals for ourselves. We only went out to eat when we wanted a treat. The bed was small but comfortable. The pillows could have been better. All in all, it was a win, and we would choose this place again. Hopefully the spa reopens. That place was a true treasure.

Super convenient for families right next to the boardwalk and there really isn’t a bad view. We stayed in the back and it still was an incredible view! There’s a kitchen and that can definitely save on costs for a family!

The beach view was unobstructed and the parking was fine. $12.50 a day. We have stayed here many times over the years and the rooms are clean, spacious and have an amazing view of the ocean.

I like that the staff was prompt in getting us into our room and checking us in before the check-in hours. They also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that the room was clean. We were very satisfied with all the help that even the security personnel gave us.

For me it was all about enjoy my daughter’s birthday, the room was fine but needed maintenance, The refrigerator was completely frozen not usable I didn’t complain I didn’t want to waste my time, the view was amazing the place is fantastic everything is close by but they need to put some love to the property especially the pool I went once and preferred the beach, I hope they work on it because it’s a beautiful place and is located in a very convenient location for the guests. Try it you might be luckier than me.

The beach views are breathtaking. The entire property could use an update. Everything is dated and as a result quite dingy looking. There are minimal staff around. The doors to get in and out the hotel are a nightmare! (they are always locked, so you need a key card to open them and to get out you have to press a red button and push with your entire body to get the door to open! (lol) Also, the parking garage spaces are extremely narrow. Overall it was safe and quiet. The best part was the arcade (although it would be nice if it were free), the pool (not filtered well) and the sundeck (with amazing views). While this wouldn't be my 1st choice, I'd stay again just for the views and the apartment style rooms with full kitchen.
