The space
Located in the heart of Atlantic City, this large historic house boasts a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main section of the house features three bedrooms paired with two bathrooms. Additionally, a separate bedroom sits above the garage, offering complete privacy. The space also includes a kitchen, a spacious family room, and is designed by me, an artist/designer, as a peaceful retreat for families to unwind from the bustling city life.

We aim to provide a warm, private atmosphere throughout your stay:

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house; Shampoo, soap, towels, and linens will be provided for your convenience.

- Blackout curtains in every room and Easy self check-in process.

- Parking is hassle-free with space for 3 cars in the driveway and additional free street parking.

- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- To ensure everyone's comfort, smoking is prohibited on the premises and we ask that you keep exterior noise to a minimum after 9 PM.

- We love when our guests have fun, but please keep gatherings respectful and controlled. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will result in lease termination and immediate eviction.

- For the safety and privacy of all, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

- Feel free to use the outdoor BBQ to enjoy meals with family and friends, but please remain considerate of our neighbors’ peace and quiet
