Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk.
