"Oh boy… I’ll start with the pros: Ground floor It’s just like the pictures. About half mile from old town so it was an easy walk. Quiet building, quiet street 1 car garage Washer and dryer in the building. We loved getting videos with instructions to access building, access garage and how to use the laundry area. "The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. "

"Travel on public transport throughout Luxembourg is brilliant and free. Park your car at this hotel and never touch it until you leave. Facilities are very good, food a little expensive, but get yourself out and about and return later for a relaxing swim etc. Rooms are of good size and comfortable without having to be too clever or modern including mini fridge and safe in room. Breakfast will last you all day, if you want, and your body can take it, with good all round selection. Car park is huge, but can get busy as they hold many large events."

However, breakfast needs improvement—the selection is limited and the quality is below expectations. Reception service was inconsistent: we were mistakenly charged twice despite prepayment, with no goodwill gesture offered, and there was conflicting information about Sunday late check-out (Wi-Fi portal suggested up to 17:00, while staff quoted a €16 fee after 15:00). The room was also cold, and the AC did not work properly. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent, with very good food and friendly service—much better than the breakfast team’s attitude."
