The location was excellent, just an approximately six minutes walk from the Basilica and offering lovely views. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day, with a good variety of options. Staff were informative and friendly. The rooms were clean, with amenities that comfortably met our needs for the stay.

Room was ok only problems was the toilet was separated from the shower room its ok if theres wash basin inside the toilet but there isn't one, you have to to the shower room to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Room was basic but clean. Staff were helpful. although the checking in time was 3 pm as our room was ready well before 3 pm we were allowed to check in early. The hotel provides breakfast only. No other meal is provided. Will go back again.

L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk ...
