"Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area. "

"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "
