Home away from home

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Within 15-20 minutes to Polytechnic University, Circle B Reserve and downtown Lakeland. Centrally located to Orlando & Tampa. Access to theme parks, beaches and shopping is a short drive away.

The home is in a quiet and mature Neighborhood. House is professionally cleaned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with grill and fire pit in back yard. Extra long drive way incase you need to park a boat, trailer or Camper.
The space
Your stay will be at a single family detached home. Located in a safe and quite neighborhood near lake Ariana. Near by lakes have public access. Near by Theme parks include Lego land, Disney and Universal. 10 minutes to Polytechnic University and 16 minutes to Circle B Reserve. Less than 5 minutes to Camp Margaritaville RV resort. Large backyard and garden are on the property. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a second bathroom for use by the other two bedrooms. Grill and fire pit are available in back yard next to screened lanai area. Extra long driveway, so there is plenty of space for trailers and boats. Very close to the I-4 highway and centrally located between Tampa and Orlando

Other things to note
Boats, trailers and campers will fit in long drive way and are welcomed.

Fireplace is decorative and should not be used at any point. Please do not attempt to use it to burn fires.
