Wonderful hotel, walkable to the city centre. Amazing staff, who were always friendly. The gentleman that checked us in (apologies I didn't get his name) was fantastic and gave us a lovely start to our stay in Auckland. Definitely recommend!

Great location for the ferrys, downtown shopping and dining. Upgrade gave us a room with microwave and fully outfitted kitchen. We had the breakfast included option which was perfect with a selection of a traditional English style breakfast, pastries and cereal. House keeping was missed on one of our 5 days but not a real issue. Daily cleaning could be better. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the parking was full so had to park at the Arena Carpark which cost $52 which i thought was quite expensive. Would be great if they had a deal with them for a standard rate.

We liked convenient location, surrounding area and proximity of downtown. Hotel is in very good condition. Room is spacious and small kitchen was supplied with dishes and cuttleries. Cleaning of the rooms and vaccuming was not done every day and some days only garbage removed. Bedsheets are replaced only ones for two weeks of stay, 14 nights.

Convenient to the city centre. Nice area. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Would stay again. Disappointed my VIP bottle of wine was red. I only drink white wine and that wasn’t offered. Also central air con was very noisy in the room and was unable to turn it off.

Wonderful rooms, great service from the staff. Free washing facilities including washing powder. Great breakfast. A good place to stay to catch the Explorer train to Wellington, only 10 minutes easy walk to the station . Cannot recommend this enough

The Room & location is nice. Check-in & out was great & easy. However, We checked-in ROOM 6005 on Feb 19, 2024, checked out around 8 a.m Feb 20. We called at 7:47 p.m same day to report for Lost & Found- a jacket that was left in the unit & hanging on the chair of the dining set. We were expecting an email from Adina but no answer. We tried to call again & again for 2 days- 8 calls, there is still no sign of the missing jacket being reported?. We do not know if the management team ever cares to file a report ? or the housekeeper team doesn't report the found item?. We are so disappointed.

The vip wine is terrible, tastes like vinegar. No extra roll of toilet paper left in one bathroom The second elevator being out is quite a pain. Other then that, the place is quite nice.

The Adina was perfectly positioned to make travelling around Auckland easy and stress-free. We stayed for a week and certainly considered it our home away from home. The full kitchen and in-room laundry were definitely helpful and the room was cleaned on a regular basis. My only complaint is that the "free" WiFi was abysmal. I'm sure this was to encourage patrons to pay for the premium version but...if you have free WiFi available, it should be reliable. Otherwise, no complaints!

Was very grateful for a up grade upon realising that our room was not suitable. Unfortunately there was a fire during the night of our first stay, was easily to evaluate the building quickly however we were very disappointed there were no staff anywhere to be seen considering the reception was supposed to be 24/7.. Very little crockery and cutlery. Overall was a great hotel.

Great apartment hotel with a kitchenette, microwave and just about sufficient cutlery. If you get a regular room, then you get a washing machine and dryer in the room as well - which is super convenient.

First impression and the first room on 2nd floor was spot on till we got moved to the 5th level to a room with no coffee machine and washing machine and dryer . Looked like a down grade even though it was supposed to be an up grade as the airconditioning was not working in the first room.We did not expect an up grade and defetenetly not a downgrade More over $35 for parking when it did not say there was a parking charge .
