Perfect location and so central. Amenities are fantastic and the pool and spa facilities are stunning. Communication/customer service was a slight let down from reception and “loosing our bag” (was found after a long 10 mins in the storage room tucked away behind bigger suitcases)

Room was well appointed and the staff was excellently professional as one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location was next to and connected by a bridge with the landmark Sky Tower and a short 15 minute walk to the waterfront, ferries etc. Restaurant (the Grill) served excellent breakfast selection. ...
