Perfect location and so central. Amenities are fantastic and the pool and spa facilities are stunning. Communication/customer service was a slight let down from reception and “loosing our bag” (was found after a long 10 mins in the storage room tucked away behind bigger suitcases)

I use to come every year to SKycity Hotel. Staff are awesome .Always welcoming. Charlyn, the housemaid was really helpful and kind. Recommend ++++

Hotel is brand new! Beautiful rooms, very helpful staff, breakfast was excellent with many different hot and cold items. It is a great location beside the Sky City tower and very close to the waterfront.
