It was all good except the wifi did not work at all during my stay and the staff has nothing to offer as a back up. Not really ok in this day and age. In all other respects all the staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel is clean and modern and the pool area is lovely. Maybe just think about replacing the outside signage with the name of the hotel on it and give that area a coat of paint. It’s tired and a bit scruffy in comparison to the interiors and it’s the first thing you see on arrival.

The staff were lovely very helpful
Room service was very good food was lovely
But we were next to a fire door and it keeps on banging every time people walk through and very squeaky floor boads
It was very clean but dated

"Lovely hotel! Very cool location! I would say helpful to have a car to get about, although I did see bus services. Very quiet which was lovely and lots of cafes etc on the premises. Staff also very helpful and kind."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel . It was very clean and comfortable. However I was disappointed with the breakfast experience with limited options and limited staff to manage it . On the 2 nd day most of the breakfast items were empty when we arrived at 9 am and had to wait for long time ."

"The main corridor from lift needs to be improved so that a lot lighter. The bathroom Very disappointing. So dark could not see control indicators- not every one wants a drench experience no hooks near shower for towels/clothes, no shower gel, shower cap or sani bags. No non slip mat , I was not confident ..."
