"Our stay was incredibly fun and everything was perfect. It is not that common where the staff makes the whole difference in your stay at a hotel. THEY are absolutely amazing, from breakfast service, to lunch to pool activities, towel service, housekeeping, bar and restaurante staff, EVERYONE is aligned with the same goal - to make your stay truly perfect. Special all out to Zamora, Natalie and Alberto. Incredible people! Breakfast buffet is phenomenal and full of great options. Bar is fun and creative and the pool activities and towel service is fun, surprising and attentive. Rooms are spacious, great AC and a 2 min walk to the beach and sea. Great restaurants around so you can’t go wrong. One in particular was exceptional (Cá Marein Marbella restaurante)."

"Overall excellent, however, a couple of issues to note:1- no umbrellas in the garden which made sunbathing uncomfortable 2-AC in main bedroom and basement required additional standalone fans as cooling wasn’t efficient 3-AC/ceiling fans required in living area."

"Very attentive host. Easy to receive the keys and access the property. Parking easy. Lovely well-maintained and very clean property with rooftop terrace and ground floor patio. The house is on a beautiful, mature development with well tended, lush gardens surrounding a sizeable pool. Great views all round, including of The Concha mountain, and the development is in a quiet neighbourhood with good access to the centre of Marbella and beaches."

"Property location is exceptional - it's on the beach surrounded by tennis , golf (15 min), tons of great ( expensive) restaurants and pools. Convenience, overall property energy ( it's very green) is priceless. Service exceptional. Rooms inside a bit dated and could use upgrade. Bed is not the most comfortable - frame makes noise and mattress is not the best. Old AC don't cool the room the best ( we were there at mid 80s) temp. Sheets are good as are pillows and bedding. For such high end expensive hotel I would love to see upgraded beds ( mattress and mattress topper) and brand new AC! Customer service is exceptional !"
