Loved this hotel

Such a lovely hotel, clean, friendly service, stylish design. Bathroom had no privacy, so you get to know more about your travel companion than needed 😁 Very close to the beach. Awesome breakfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel close to puerto Banus room was really nice but not sure about open plan bathroom . Would have liked an outdoor eating /bar area and music around the pool

Good short stay

Great location right on the beach front and only a short walking distance from the main Puerto Banús strip. Rooms were clean, staff were very accommodating and nice to get a few extra perks like a free welcome cocktail. The main pool is fine as wasn’t too busy when we were there, there is another pool that my room overlooked and would have loved to use but it was in fact private and for certain rooms only so if you want something a bit more private worth looking into those rooms.

Def not a 4 star hotel. More like a motel. Ants everywhere in the rooms, not clean. No concierge, no bellman. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

Don’t go there until they remodel or tear it fown

This property should be a two start property. It’s outdated, out of staff, uncomfortable and dirty. The beds are so old and uncomfortable that I deleveloped a sever back pain and neck issues. When you talk to the management they acknowledge all the issues yet they have the audacity to ask for good reviews. Of course whom I thought was the management team wasn’t even the property manager. Not only I won’t stay there I would not recommend anyone staying there. We got half board breakfast and lunch and they charged even for a glass of water and all the drinks and deserts .?only the main meal was included. Really a funny situation yet very sad and uncomfortable.

The property was very good, in a nice location about 20 mins walk from PB Marina, a very good dept store in PB El Corte Ingles. Plenty of restaurants there too. The service in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff for the buffet were very helpful and approachable. One thing we did complain about was that some Dauphinois Potatoes were labelled as vegetarian, they actually had diced pork in them. We were very upset as my wife had some and she is a vegetarian. This is really unacceptable what if a Muslim were to have this? We took it as far as the manager but apart from saying sorry they didn’t seem that interested apart from saying they had policies in place about food labelling. Well they are not very good. This was only one instance of this and the food is of a great range and quality. The only other area was that the pool was quite cold, surprising at the end of a summer? The hotel is very nice, we made use of the Spa which was good, the gym is well equipped and the indoor areas are great. They even had small ponds with small turtles and Koi carp in inside the building. In the room a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and also the night before leaving. Nighttime sweets on the pillow. The nighttime entertainment at the hotel was not great and occasionally there are activities in the pool during the day and they do play loud music sometimes. Would I go again? Yes definitely, I would have a room with a terrace though. Much more private and quite with great views.
