Imposible dormir en el alojamiento las camas y el sofá cama se hunden al máximo, estoy con una contractura muscular grave en el cuádriceps desde hace 4 días por dormir con la pierna doblada, estoy con tramiento kinesiólogico , ya hice la denuncia policial para que cierren el lugar lo antes posible para que no le ocurra a nadie más.

Man muss wissen, dass es sich bei den skol Apartments um private Wohnungen handelt, die an Urlauber vermietet werden. Die Ausstattung jedes Apartment ist anders und von jedem Vermieter individuell gestaltet. Das kann mal moderner oder eben auch mal älter sein. Und man weiß nie, wer der direkte Wohnungsnachbar ist. Ob es sich hier um einen schwerhörigen Resident oder eine laute, feierwütige Gruppe handelt. Die Wände sind doch recht dünn, so dass man alles hört und mitbekommt. Ob man will oder nicht. Zudem ist wie bei Apartments keine Reinigung oder Bettwäschen- und Handtuchwechsel während des Aufenthalts vorgesehen. Aber es sind Waschmaschinen (ohne Waschmittel) vorhanden. Und diese sollte man auch unbedingt benutzen für die doch recht dreckigen Strandtücher, die sich im Apartment befinden. Am besten eigene mitbringen. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Daher sollte man auf jeden Fall vor dem Benutzen des vorhandenen Geschirrs dieses gründlich reinigen. Die Skol Apartments bestechen durch die direkte Strandlage und die in der Nähe befindlichen Restaurants.

Alquile un apartamento para tres adultos. Cuando llegamos cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dieron uno para dos. Sólo tenía dos camas pequeñas y encima una era más alta que la otra, que al juntarlas quedaba un escalón. A los teléfonos que nos dieron no contestaban ni el Tato. En Hotels.com me dieron la opción de cancelar la reserva ¡¡¡¡Si ya estábamos allí !!!! El conserje de los apartamentos que él era un simple mediador y no sabía nada. Al final la primera noche durmiendo 3, en dos camas pequeñas que se separaban y encima como una era más alta que la otra, pues ahí mi hijo de 26 años con 1,80, allí estaba y luchando con el escalón y por qué no se separan las camas. Ya por fin el segundo día cuando por fin, pudimos hablar con ellos, nos trajeron una cama supletoria en un estudio pequeño, pero era mejor que ninguna cosa. La que gestionaba el apartamento que era lo que alquilé y aún enseñándole la reserva que era para tres adultos que a ella no le costaba. En vez de pedir disculpas, nos trató como de buitres y se presentó a cobrar la estancia sin avisar el día antes de irnos y lo quería en efectivo. Como no lo teníamos la verdad que de muy malos modos que si no la queremos pagar. Fue muy desagradable. Al final se lo pagamos con la tarjeta, aunque a regañadientes por su parte. En Hotels.com aún estamos esperando alguna explicación. Por lo demás genial.

The apartment wasn't horrible. It was DEPLORABLE! Plaster falling off ceiling hit on the head on our way in the door. Condescending guest book: "empty garbage or pay 20 euros. But empty only noon-2 and 9p-11p! (Of course no garvage bags provided.) Enjoy the complex pool....pay for towels and a pool chair.....at the pool! We had pre-arranged parking in advance at unit at 15 euros a day....oh well no space too bad. Paid 30 euros a day around the corner. NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to any pictures provided on this website. Old blankets all over furniture with threat if removed! We are just one couple/2 persons but rented highest level "Premium Plus" 2 bedroom. Called right away on entry and told sinply by "Vincemte" that guest book was clear and that "we are not responsible", apparently for anything. WOW! Make sure if you ever reserve an apartment with them you demand full pics of your actual unit while you remain within your 24 hour cancel.period AND PRINT THEM ALL OUT! Once you read the guest book on entry you may also just drop dead: EXAMPLE "its an old building and walls are very thin so please wear slippers only when there." TrIed to work safe and it wouldnt work with code provided in guest book. Was informed the code written was wrong...really? A NIGHTMARE from start to finish. Dont walk....run! Marbella is truly magical but if you have to stay here youre far better off staying at home. Even if home is Iraq.

Nefasto es un fraude es un lugar sin mantenimiento viejo y no hay espacio para 3 personas! La vista casi nula y la alberca llena de plantas secas!

It was not highlighted in advance that the apartment is directly above an Irish pub. The first night the noise from the pub kept us awake till 3am. Otherwise the apartment was ok.

Etablissement bien placé, mais le vis à vis était vraiment très gênant. Les lits (1 place) pas très confortables et des alèses en plastique qui font du bruit à chaque mouvement. Par ailleurs, il y a un vrai problème avec l'eau chaude (en tout cas dans notre chambre). Douche froide tous les soirs (et le matin en fonction de l'heure, il fallait laisser couler l'eau pendant de très longues minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude, ensuite l'eau était brûlante et très difficile à régler.
