"Great location and accommodation. Easy access to Macroplaza, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that surprised us was that the shower door was a glass door and transparent at the top and bottom, which was awkward for us. We got free drink vouchers and the rooftop lounge was nice. "

The breakfast bufet excelled my expectations, a great variety of mexican and international options, butbtge highlight of it was the "cafe de olla" a mexican variation of cofee. "A distinctive style of hotel that felt more like a sanctuary in the middle of the city a few blocks from all the museums, parks, and nightlife. You can see attention to detail in everything from the decoration in the rooms to the windows that overlooked Paseo Santa Lucia. Get sunlight on the terrace and great selection of lounge music. Hands down the best place I've stayed in Monterrey. We will see you again soon."

Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back. "

"The staff is very helpful, the rooms are modern & spacious and loved they had a dishwasher. They have room service until midnight. Used the gym and it had plenty of machines to get a full workout and nice view of the city, we also used the laundry room, in order to use it you have to pay $85 pesos & they provide token & it includes detergent. Great place to stay"

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."
