Завтраки просто потрясающие - я никогда не видел нигде в других отелях любой категории, даже 10% от стандарта Новотель. Особо вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Высокая безопасность и в самом центре где удобно гулять. Сотрудники любезно повысили бесплатно категорию номера, предоставив комнату с шикарным видом на весь город на 9 этаже. За счет повышения категории я сэкономил более 1000 долларов, чему был очень рад. Рекомендую от души. "

"The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused."
