Cà La Torre, Stone House with pool in the terrace and super view

A fully restored historic stone house located in a historic medieval village (Bibola, MS) on the famous ^Via Francigena^ in the hills of Lunigiana, Tuscany. The house is located on the southern edge of the village. It features a large private terrace with a small pool (2.5 x 2 metres) and a spectacular view. There is also a private garden outside. The terrace features a wood-covered patio fully furnished with a new large sofa, table, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The house is a standalone property divided into three floors: ground floor: entryway, bathroom, small living room with a home theatre/TV system, and a sofa bed; second floor: kitchen; third floor: large bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and stunning views all around. Free Wi-Fi is available. Free parking is nearby, a 2-minute walk away. You can reach the village on foot via a small road. Quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Wonderful views of the surrounding hills. Tourist destinations such as the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici can be reached in 35 minutes. Pisa is 55 minutes away, Florence is 1 hour and a half away, and Lucca is 1 hour away. Pool: The pool is open from April 1 to November 1. It is closed during the winter months.
Parking: The house is located in a typical medieval village situated on a hilltop. The village can be reached on foot from the nearby free main car park. The entrance to the village is via a short, steep path that leads to the large medieval stone gate.
The internal road system is for pedestrians only. Cars can be parked near the village entrance for loading and unloading luggage or groceries. A large luggage cart is available in the house.
The house is 2 minutes (150 metres) from the car park. Every year, pilgrims arrive in this village via the Via Francigena, and it is also a destination for hiking enthusiasts.
